Healthcare for the Homeless

Homelessness can worsen existing health problems and cause new ones.  Our Healthcare for the Homeless Program is designed to provide temporary medical and supportive services for homeless individuals and families in the Southwest Montana area.

We provide routine preventive healthcare, acute/chronic illnesses care, mental healthcare and therapy, chemical dependency services, dental care and financial assistance for prescriptions. Case management services are offered to assist persons in obtaining assistance through local agencies.

For our patients’ convenience, services are offered both at our Butte and Dillon clinics and at offsite locations throughout the work week.  Please call (406)723-4075 in Butte or (406)683-4440 in Dillon for an appointment at the clinic.  There is no need to make an appointment at our offsite clinics; simply walk-in.
